Add the flour, salt, pepper, paprika and chili powder to a bowl and mix well.
Cut the chicken fillets into pieces, about 4 pieces per filet, depending on the size of the chicken fillets.
Coat the chicken pieces well in the flour and spice mixture.
Melt some butter in a frying pan and cook the chicken until lightly browned. Transfer to a baking dish.
Drain the peaches, but save the syrup.
Cut each peach half into about 3 wedges and add them to the baking dish with the chicken.
Heat the chicken broth in a saucepan.
Whisk in the creme fraiche, soy sauce and peach syrup.
Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10-20 minutes, stirring occasionanally.
Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken and peaches.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
Melt a little butter in a frying pan and lightly toast the chopped almonds.
Sprinkle them over the casserole, or serve them on the side so everyone can add their own.
Bake at 180°Cfor 40 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown and the casserole is bubbling and hot throughout.
